These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of publishertoolhub.com and any of the apps we offer through it (each an "App," collectively the "Apps"), operated by Ananda Projapati ("we," "us," "our").
By purchasing, accessing, or using any App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use any App.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase or use any App. By using an App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Our Apps are generally built and tested to run on the Chrome browser on a desktop or laptop computer. Specific system requirements may vary by App and are listed on each App's individual sales page or documentation. It is your responsibility to confirm you have access to a suitable device and browser before purchasing.
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App(s) you purchased for their intended purpose, subject to these Terms and any additional terms specific to that App.

Unless stated otherwise on a specific App's sales page, you may use content created with our Apps for commercial purposes, including:
Your end customers (i.e. the people who buy finished products from you) receive personal-use rights to the products they purchase from you.
You may NOT, unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific App:
All purchases across our Apps are processed through WarriorPlus. Prices are shown at checkout in the currency and amount displayed at time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing, including moving to a different pricing model, for future purchases at any time and without notice. Changes to pricing do not affect purchases already made.
Because our coloring word search software instantly generates downloadable digital assets, we do not offer unconditional 'change of mind' refunds. However, your purchase is 100% risk-free. If you experience any functional software bugs or technical glitches, contact our support desk at anandapro84@gmail.com within 7 days. If our team cannot fix the bug for you within 48 hours, we will issue a full refund immediately.
Additional optional upgrades may be offered after your initial purchase of a given App. These upgrades are not required to use that App's front-end version, which functions fully on its own unless stated otherwise. Purchase of any upgrade is entirely at your discretion.
We aim to keep our Apps available and functioning as described, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may modify, update, or discontinue features of any App at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes that materially affect your use of an App you've purchased.
Our Apps, including their design, code, templates, fonts, and branding, are our intellectual property (or licensed to us) and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any App itself to you — only the license described in Section 4.
Our Apps are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee any specific results, sales, or income from using any App or from products you publish using content created with it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of or inability to use any App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of an App will not exceed the amount you paid for that App.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our Apps, your violation of these Terms, or content you publish using our Apps.
We may suspend or terminate your access to an App if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use that App ends immediately, though products already published using the App prior to termination remain yours to continue selling.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in West Bengal, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Apps after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
